HIRE A BIKE IN BANGKOK FOR FREE !

BIKE HIRE IN BANGKOK, AND FREE BIKE HIRE TOO !
FREE BIKE HIRE SITE, NEXT TO THE PARK NEAR KAOSAN ROAD .

FREE BIKE HIRE STATION, CAN BE FOUND AROUND BANGKOK.

BIKES ARE WELL MAINTAINED.

When in Bangkok many people are here only for a couple of days and then they're off on an adventure.
But, in those couple of day's you may benefit from hiring a bike and taking to two wheels to see a good bit of the city.
OK, first of all Bangkok is a really dangerous city to drive around and it's really hot too!
So I'm not suggesting you go crazy and ride everywhere, just perhaps take some nice easy trips, perhaps the best is to go around the real touristy areas, The grand Palace, Wat PO, Koasan Road, that sort of general area.
The main advantage is it's flat, no big hills and it's not full of crazy traffic and pollution..
It's far better to have a cycle around and see the views and get to experience the real area and meet more local people too and explore and discover some amazing local cuisine, served by local street vendors or in small and super friendly local cafes and restaurants.
You can easily hire a bike from several places around the Kaosan Road area, generally they're not too expensive and you may want to go solo or perhaps you may decide to join an organised tour, there are several available, some will take in China Town too.
If you're a bit unsure, why not try a great option, go for free, yes I did say for free and I do mean FREE. There are several places where you can hire your FREE BIKE IN BANGKOK, they are officially run and organised . BANGKOK SMILES BIKE, PHRANAKHON, and it's a fairly simple matter to actually hire your FREE BIKE, you normally just need to leave your passport as a deposit and that's it. The Bikes  are simple but seem to be fairly well maintained and in good order. Take your time when riding your bike and start early to avoid the afternoon heat. Drink lots to and enjoy yourself. Now you'll have the time and the means to travel and explore and discover the real Thailand and meet the real local people and sample the real local cuisine.
